About the Evening
a quiet wintering of the body and mind. we gather in silence, move slowly, breathe deeply, and end with a warm cacao ritual by candlelight.
Silence begins upon entering the spa. you will be guided to your candlelit Yin held by Kim Bostwick [E-RYT 500, YACEP I Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Spiritual Guide & Woman Circle Facilitator]. Yin drifts into an enchanted Savasanna and candle gazing meditation. The silence melts with our first sip of cacao. Carry the gentle stillness you encountered here like a lantern into the night.
Silence is a sacred instrument to calm your nervous system and is beautifully attuned to the introspection aura of winter stillness.. The quieter you become the more you can hear.❤️
